Thomas Müller co-delivers Tutorial 1: Introduction to APC at the European AEC/APC Conference.

Thomas Müller has been in the semiconductor industry and research since 1992. He works as a Senior Systems Engineer at the PEER Group GmbH in Dresden / Germany, a Canadian-German system integration, consulting and software development company specialized in software systems and solutions mainly for the semiconductor industry. At PEER Group, his responsibilities comprise all aspects of system analysis and design, APC, data analysis and SPC as well as photovoltaics manufacturing control, automation solutions, data collection and process control for machine control and process industry applications.

Before he joined PEER Group he held technical and management positions with a couple of system integration and software solution providers, mainly with focus on the development of software systems, frameworks and algorithms for APC, data analysis and SPC.

From 1992 to 1997 he was a scientist with the Fraunhofer Institute for Microelectronic Circuits and Systems, where he focused his research activities on the development of model-based measurement systems, the investigation of the behaviour of electronic circuits and systems under irradiation and the design of radiation-hardened electronics.

Thomas received a Dipl.-Ing. (MSc.) and a Dr.-Ing. (PhD) in Control Engineering, both from the Dresden University of Technology, Dresden / Germany.
