SECS4Hosts®

A SECS communications driver that provides low-level communications capabilities via the E4 (SECS-I) or E37 (HSMS) protocols. Can be used in host applications or equipment controllers that need to support SECS-compliant communications.

Plex4SECS®

Manages multiple SECS/GEM connections on your tool. A software-only multiplexer that allows you to communicate with multiple hosts (e.g., for APC or fault detection) in addition to the main factory host. Supports E4 (SECS-I), E37 (HSMS), E5 (SECS-II), and E30 (GEM) communications.

EIBT  (Formerly Asyst)

The Equipment Information Bridge (EIB) allows you to implement Interface A (EDA) functionality for your tool (E120, 121, 125, 128, 132, 134). EIB provides a single connection point for multiple hosts to communicate with multiple tools using many different protocols (SECS, SOAP, DCOM, etc) giving hosts direct access to real-time data from your equipment.

NexEDAT (Formerly Asyst)

NexEDA marries the robust 300mm automation capabilities of ConX300 with the powerful Interface A (EDA) data management capabilities of EIB. With NexEDA, your equipment controller can support standard 300mm material handling and processing, then publish the results to EIB, so that any manufacturing application (e-Diagnostics, SPC, fault detection, factory MES, etc.) can use the data.

ConX300T  (Formerly Asyst)

Integrated into your equipment controller, ConX300 provides all standard 300mm capabilities for factory automation (E39, E40, E84, E87, E90, E94, E116). Includes a SECS communications driver for host communications (SDR), and standard GEM capabilities (GWGEM).

GWGEM® (Formerly Asyst)

The market share leader, GWGEM supports 100% of the latest published SEMI standard E30 (SECS/GEM). GWGEM 5.0 has been optimized to provide a plug-in environment for EIB, enabling fast implementation of Interface A controllers.

Provides a robust SECS/GEM (E30) interface for OPC-based equipment controllers. Standard GEM capabilities are easy to configure or customize, and a SECS communications driver provides E4 (SECS-I) or E37 (HSMS) compliant tool-to-host communications.
