We will work with you to provide rapid response to your support requests; our goal is fast issue resolution to help you achieve successful automation integration. ReleasesYou can expect at least one update for each test application per year. Our participation in the SEMI standards review meetings ensures we are always up-to-date with current standards and familiar with emerging ones. After a SEMI standard update is approved, we review our CCS test plans and update any that are affected by the change. If a change also impacts the PFAT infrastructure, we will update the affected PFAT test activities. DocumentationWe issue release notes with each software release package; these highlight new features and indicate compliance with the SEMI standards. See PFAT Release and CCS Release. Support ManagementTo manage each support issue during investigation through to resolution, we use a Microsoft Dynamics CRM database to track all communications and tasks. Upon resolution, we feed appropriate details into our product knowledge base for future reference. If a support issue results in a development issue (for example, a product enhancement or defect), we transfer it from the CRM into Microsoft VSTS to ensure it can be targeted in a future product release.
