We have a long history in semiconductor automation. Prior to the formation of PEER Group, our founders created the peer-to-peer distributed control technology that went on to form the basis for FASTech Integration's CELLworks and FACTORYworks products. We were one of FASTech's first systems integrators in 1992 and we continued to build our semiconductor practice in North America throughout the 1990s. In 2003, we acquired the European operations of TRW's Semiconductor Manufacturing Solutions Business Unit to form PEER Group GmbH. In 2004, we introduced PTO®, now the leading automation software solution for semiconductor equipment suppliers. In 2008, we entered the automation testing market with the acquisition of CCS Envoy™, the industry-leading test application, and the introduction of a dynamic test solution, PEER FACTORY® Acceptance Tester (PFAT™). In 2009, we acquired all of Asyst Technologies’ software products. In 2015, we expanded our product portfolio to add Remicus™, a cloud-based infrastructure enabling secure, scalable remote access to equipment and equipment data, connecting geographically-dispersed experts. In 2019, we introduced PFSC™ to help semiconductor factories build station controllers easily and integrate equipment quickly.
