PEER Group named one of Canada’s Best Workplaces for the 11th time

PEER Group® is honored to announce that we have been named one of Canada’s Best Workplaces™ by the Great Place to Work® Institute.
This marks the 10th consecutive time, and 11th time overall, that PEER Group has earned a spot on the list of Canada’s top fifty best medium-sized businesses (100-999 people).

The competition process to be ranked on the Best Workplaces list is employee-driven, based on the following two criteria: two-thirds of the total score comes from confidential employee survey results, and one-third comes from an in-depth review of the organization’s culture.
This offers a rigorous representation of the organization from an employee perspective and an overall portrait of the workplace culture. Together, they provide crucial data relative to five trust-building dimensions: credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie.
Over the years, Great Place to Work has also recognized PEER Group as a Best Workplace in several individual categories.
