PFSC SECS/GEM equipment interface library
PFSC supports an ever-growing list of equipment interfaces from more than 50 OEMs. Reduce the development time and effort it takes to create SECS/GEM-compliant interfaces and seamlessly integrate new tools into your factory operations. For new or unsupported tools, equipment interfaces can be developed rapidly using the built-in PEER Data Transformer (PDT) utility.
