GEM communications for Windows and Linux
With multiplatform compatibility, GWGEMPlus can be configured to implement GEM communications on Windows or Linux equipment control systems. Depending on factory requirements, GWGEMPlus can support all capabilities, state machines, SECS messages, and scenarios described in the SEMI E30 Standard to help OEMs achieve fab acceptance with minimal in-house development.

What's new
Overview
GWGEMPlus version 1.4 is a major release that adds new logging capabilities, enhanced product documentation, and updated SEMI Standards and technology support. With the key performance indicator logging and custom performance logging features, OEMs can identify usage patterns and trends to improve overall tool efficiency, throughput, and performance optimization. Searching and navigating GWGEMPlus product documentation is now easier using the new Knowledge Center. Also included in this release is updated support for SEMI E5 and E30 standards, as well as technology support for .NET 8.
