EDA standards compliant
portA complies to the SEMI EDA standards. It provides flexible support for both EDA freeze versions I and II (1105, 0710). The 0710 implementation provides equipment manufacturers with a simplification of metadata construction and improved efficiencies for data collection and analysis.

Overview
Secure Authentication Enhancements
To enable integration with the certificate manager when implementing EDA secure authentication, a new API has been introduced that supports rotating equipment certificates at runtime. This enhancement improves security and simplifies certificate lifecycle management.
Several enhancements and customer-reported issues have been addressed in this release.
