Metadata Conformance Analyzer

The Metadata Conformance Analyzer (MCA) is a publicly available, third party software tool used to import and evaluate semiconductor equipment metadata against the EDA standards and International SEMATECH Manufacturing Initiative (ISMI) developed industry guidelines. The MCA tool can detect and report metadata errors, including conflicts with the schema as well as violations of SEMI Standards and ISMI guideline requirements. The results are designed to help identify and correct issues with the metadata.

MCA v1.2 can be downloaded by completing the form below. This version is compatible with EDA Freeze 2 (0710) and requires Java Runtime Environment 6, Update 16 to run.
