PEER Group appoints new Director, People and Culture, plans for long-term growth
Kitchener, Ontario – December 6, 2022

PEER Group®, the largest supplier of innovative factory automation software products for the semiconductor industry, has announced the appointment of Linda Gregorio as the company’s new Director, People and Culture.
With a professional career spanning more than three decades, Gregorio brings a proven track record of executive and employee coaching, leadership training, and global sales and business development to the role. She will be instrumental in leading people and culture initiatives for the rapidly growing software company.
“I am excited to join an organization that has lots of opportunity for growth,” says Gregorio. “I was drawn to PEER Group’s focus on quality, professionalism, and commitment to treating people like family.”
Previous to joining PEER Group, Gregorio held various leadership roles at Ingram Micro, Waterloo Maple Inc., PrinterOn Corp., BDC, and MicroWarehouse Inc. Most recently, she was Principal of Presents of Mind, a consulting company she founded that works with organizations to overcome challenges in both business growth and development and HR strategy, with a focus on change management, organizational design, and talent management. Gregorio also holds a Master’s Degree in Leadership Studies from the University of Guelph.
“I am pleased to welcome Linda to our leadership team,” shares Mike Kropp, PEER Group’s Co-founder, President, and CEO. “As a company undergoing significant growth, we look forward to benefiting from Linda’s wealth of experience in organizational development, employee coaching, learning management systems, and HR.”
“I am eager to get to work and start learning from everyone,” says Gregorio. “We’re setting our sights on transitioning this amazing PEER Group family into an engaged global community. Our focus is to retain the core values, employee care, and founder-vision that has made PEER Group so successful over the past 30 years while continuing to deliver on our commitment to customers of providing the semiconductor industry’s best automation software and services.”
Gregorio’s appointment follows the retirement of Janice Retterath, PEER Group’s long-time Director of HR and Administration. Having joined PEER Group in 1999, Retterath had a profound influence on defining the company’s culture. Gregorio’s approach is to build upon that legacy: “We are going to honor Janice’s contributions over the years by keeping intact the things that have worked so well. With that as our foundation, we will embrace the changes that are required for PEER Group to reach the next level of growth and business maturity.”
