The list is based on direct feedback from employees at hundreds of organizations surveyed. Our current Great Place to Work Certification made us eligible for consideration and we made the list because at least 90% of our employees agreed they are treated fairly, regardless of personal characteristics (such as gender, ethnicity, age, and sexual orientation).
