Bob Kane

Director, North American Sales

With a career spanning more than 40 years, Bob is a well-known and respected veteran of the semiconductor industry. A natural relationship builder, Bob leverages his extensive global connections with factories and OEMs to expand and strengthen PEER Group’s presence in established and growing markets.

Bob joined PEER Group in 2018, serving as the company’s Director, Factory Sales, North America & Asia. In this role, Bob led factory sales activities for customers in North America and Asia and managed PEER Group’s network of product distributors and partners throughout Asia.

In 2024, Bob took on the role of Director, North American Sales where he is responsible for all North American factory and OEM sales. Bob is also a member of the Fab Owners Alliance and the SEMI Midwest Chapter where he collaborates with industry peers in strengthening and advancing semiconductor manufacturing.

Prior to joining PEER Group, Bob served as Vice President of Global Sales at Ultratech, a division of Veeco, where he managed the sales, service, and manufacturing operations for the Atomic Layer Deposition systems group. Before that, Bob held professional stints at various semiconductor companies, including Asyst Technologies, Brooks Automation, and PRI Automation, among others.
