Linda Gregorio

Director, People and Culture

Linda is an authentic HR leader who is committed to the transparent, inclusive, compassionate, and empathetic care of people, organizations, and partnerships. She strives to create a workplace environment which allows people to learn, grow, and thrive while making meaningful contributions towards collaborative business goals and outcomes.

Linda joined PEER Group in 2022, bringing invaluable experience gained over a professional career spanning more than three decades in the HR, business strategy, and talent development spaces. She has held various leadership roles at companies including Ingram Micro, Waterloo Maple Inc., PrinterOn Corp., BDC, and MicroWarehouse Inc. She brings a proven track record of executive and employee coaching, leadership training, and global sales and business development to the role.

Most recently, she was Principal of Presents of Mind, a consulting company she founded that works with organizations to overcome challenges in both business growth and development and HR strategy, with a focus on change management, organizational design, and talent management. She holds a Master’s Degree in Leadership Studies from the University of Guelph.
