Will Balkovec headshotWill is a seasoned corporate finance professional with extensive experience working in advanced manufacturing industries. The bulk of his professional career was spent at Linamar where he oversaw a wide range of finance and accounting activities.

In 2023, Will joined PEER Group as Manager, Finance, where he was instrumental in streamlining various financial functions and interdepartmental processes. Will was appointed Director, Finance in 2025, taking on the responsibility for the day-to-day and long-term corporate financial operations and planning.

A people-first leader, Will nurtures a culture of trust, collaboration, and respect. He emphasizes transparent reporting and provides operational and financial analysis to fuel profitability, revenue growth, and process optimization.

Will holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Guelph and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.
