NexEDA fully complies with the latest 300mm standards and can be configured to comply with EDA requirements. Developed in Microsoft’s .NET framework, NexEDA meets the intensive demands of mission-critical equipment software. By leveraging EIB OEM (Equipment Information Bridge) technology, NexEDA excels in distributed equipment environments where data streams from various active tools and equipment are interconnected and interactive, both at the operational event level and the end-user controller level.
